MetroLuxe Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • With all original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact our team at support@metroluxebags.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your bag for any reason, we’re here to make it right — whether that means a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges or store credit within the U.S.

  • For full refunds, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Processing & Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as requested.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes.

Final Sale Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain accessories, charms, or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

*European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when your refund will be issued. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
