Shipping policy
Order Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
On occasion during peak periods delays can often happen. This is due to warehouse restrictions. Also, shipping delays can often happen during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping times:
We ship from our warehouses located in the United States.
Shipping times may vary depending on busy shipping periods of the year, but generally you can expect:
- USA - arriving within 5-7 days of order shipping
- Canada - arriving within 5-10 days of order shipping
- UK, most of EU - arriving within 5-15 days of order shipping
- Australia, New Zealand - arriving within 5-15 days of order shipping
- Rest of the World - arriving within 5-20 days of order shipping
Shipping Carriers:
For USA Domestic orders, we use FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS First Class and other Worldwide carriers with tracking.
For Canada & Mexico orders, we use UPS, DHL and Worldwide carriers running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
For Europe, UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, and Worldwide carriers running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.
For Canada & Mexico orders, we use UPS, DHL and Worldwide carriers running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
For Europe, UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, and Worldwide carriers running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.
